Frasers Group's Commercial Elevation Programme is a Commercial Management scheme that will fast-track exceptional individuals to peak performance within two years. We’ll give participants the tools needed to thrive.

The Details

We’ve made the move to our Shirebrook HQ as stress-free as possible for anyone on the programme. For your first 12 months in the business, we’ll provide free accommodation with an easy commute — everything you’ll need to reach peak performance, and leave hassle at the door.

The opportunity

As part of the Frasers Group Elevation Programme you will focus on our iconic Sports Direct brand, owning key commercial relationships for own brands including Everlast, Slazenger, Karrimor, USA Pro and many more. Our 2-year programme will give you exposure to activities such as: · Making decisions on which products to sell and what they’ll be priced at · Identifying customer trends and assessing how products perform · Analysing and monitoring the flow of product · Seeking efficiencies that will drive commercial benefits across own brands and fascia In year 1 of the programme, you will be assigned to several factories who supply our products. You will have ownership of managing the products from start to finish including design & development, forecasting, amendments, pricing, logistics, quality control & category optimisation. A factory visits our Shirebrook HQ every week to analyse their product and its performance, so you will have the chance to build relationships and manage suppliers in person.

WHAT YOU NEED

Either a degree or a years experience in any industry

Grade 4 (C) or above in GCSE English and Maths

Legal right to work in the UK

For our Commercial Elevation Programme a CV isn’t mandatory, although it is encouraged. We also give you the option to attach additional documents, such as a video or poster, anything that will make you stand out and showcase why you could be a future leader at Frasers Group. We'll then review this and be in touch ASAP to let you know if you have been selected for the next stage.

Stage Two

Online Testing

You’ll be asked to complete an online test designed to measure some key skills and attributes you’ll need to succeed in the role. We’ll give you further details and tips on what to expect and how best to prepare for this.

Stage Three

Video Screening

This is your chance to show us who you are and let us know what separates you from the pack. Our team will be in touch to arrange this live video interview with you to discuss your skills, experience and how our values resonate with you. It’s also good to come with questions for us.

Stage Four

Assessment Centre March 2025

If you’re successful at the interview, you’ll be invited to our immersive assessment day in March 2025. We’ll provide more detail on what to expect and the precise date closer to the time. Bring your authentic self and show us the skills that make you unmissable.

Stage Five

Offer/Final Stage Feedback

After the assessment centre, we’ll let you know ASAP if we want you on our team. No matter the outcome, we’ll give you detailed feedback to let you know how you have performed.
