The Commercial Elevation Programme is designed to develop the next generation of commercial leaders at Frasers Group. Over two years, you'll gain hands-on experience across product, supply chain and trading, working on real business challenges while building the skills, confidence and commercial expertise needed to accelerate your career.

This programme offers a unique opportunity to build the skills, experience and commercial mindset needed to become a future business leader within Frasers Group. Over two years, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end product journey, from sourcing and manufacturing through to trading, forecasting and commercial performance. Working alongside experienced teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders, you'll contribute to real business decisions that impact some of the world's most recognised sports and lifestyle brands. If you're naturally curious, commercially driven and excited by solving problems with data, this fast-paced programme will give you the development, responsibility and opportunities to accelerate your career from day one.

WHAT YOU NEED

Either a degree or a years experience in any industry

Grade 4 (C) or above in GCSE English and Maths

Legal right to work in the UK

Stage One

Apply Now

You'll need to walk us through your education background, degree level and eligibility in a short application form. You'll also need to attach your CV and covering letter - very helpful for learning more about you. We'll then review it and be in touch ASAP to let you know if you have been selected for the next stage.

Stage Two

Online Testing

You’ll be asked to complete an online test designed to measure some key skills and attributes you’ll need to succeed in the role. We’ll give you further details and tips on what to expect and how best to prepare for this.

Stage Three

1-Way Video Screening

This is your chance to show us who you are and what sets you apart. If your application is shortlisted, you'll be invited to complete a one-way video interview, where you'll answer a small number of questions about your skills, experiences and how our values align with your ambitions.

Stage Four

Assessment Centre 2027

If you’re successful at the interview, you’ll be invited to our immersive assessment day in March 2027. We’ll provide more detail on what to expect and the precise date closer to the time. Bring your authentic self and show us the skills that make you unmissable.

Stage Five

Offer/Final Stage Feedback

After the assessment centre, we’ll let you know ASAP if we want you on our team. No matter the outcome, we’ll give you detailed feedback to let you know how you have performed.
