This two-year Commercial Management programme is full of possibilities. You’ll have the opportunity to explore key departments within our commercial function, ensuring we buy and sell the right stock at the right time while monitoring the performance of different products. You’ll learn from senior leadership, grow your skills, have the freedom you need to push your boundaries — and own it.
Get to know the fundamentals — understand the processes and systems we use and analyse sales data to spot opportunities or issues. Operating in account or product management, you’ll develop your decision making, communication and management skills.
Planning & Pricing
Get the right products to the right place in the right volumes. Monitor sales and learn how to price our products in the market — from initial set up to reductions, promotional activity and value increases.
Analyse sales data, communicate with our warehouse and manage supplier relationships to get stock into the business at the right time. You’ll develop your problem solving abilities and improve your negotiation skills within the Operations team.
Make an impact in the support function for the entire Commercial team. Be immersed in technical support, insights and systematic recommendations to each level of the business — provide infrastructure for operations, make sure products are attributed correctly and much more.
Work with our diverse portfolio of brands across Sports, Fashion and Lifestyle. Develop your commercial expertise while focusing on sustainability in the industry. You’ll build brand strategies, negotiate and deliver pricing and dive into market opportunities.
For our Commercial Elevation Programme a CV isn’t mandatory, although it is encouraged. We also give you the option to attach additional documents, such as a video or poster, anything that will make you stand out and showcase why you could be a future leader at Frasers Group. We'll then review this and be in touch ASAP to let you know if you have been selected for the next stage.
You’ll be asked to complete an online test designed to measure some key skills and attributes you’ll need to succeed in the role. We’ll give you further details and tips on what to expect and how best to prepare for this.
