Digital

After joining the Elevation Programme, I became part of the Digital Marketing team and gained hands-on experience across a wide range of digital channels. From SEO and Performance Marketing (Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliates) to CRM and Membership, I had the chance to rotate through key areas that taught me how to connect with consumers at every digital touchpoint.

The programme gave me exposure to leading retail sites such as Sports Direct, Flannels, and Frasers, where I learned how to create engaging and relevant campaigns that cut through the noise. I’ve been able to develop a strong foundation while also tailoring my journey with further elective rotations to dive deeper into areas I’m most passionate about.

With so many opportunities across the Group, the right mindset and ambition can take you anywhere.

Since joining the Commercial team in 2022 I have had fantastic experience in working with global brands, integrating European businesses to the Group and collaborating across countless departments. My days can vary from forecasting buys and trading stock in the day to day, to travelling to other countries for meetings or even working in store with Retail Reconnect - the opportunities are endless and it’s all about owing it!

Finance

I was drawn to the Finance Elevation Programme for the ACA qualification and rotation programme, as it allowed me to explore various accounting branches. This experience helped clarify my specialisation while enhancing my understanding of finance. The programme has exceeded my expectations, providing valuable insights and meaningful roles in each department, highlighting their contributions to the overall finance process.
