Our Digital Marketing programme will help give you the skills and knowledge to connect with consumers through digital touchpoints and create meaningful connections with some of the world’s foremost retail sites. We are offering hands-on experience across a variety of digital marketing channels such as search, social, email and affiliate partnerships, among others.

You’ll directly influence our digital performance, support key decisions and play a key role in maximising the impact of our websites and products from your base at our Academy House site, in the heart of London.

The Opportunity

This two–year Digital Marketing programme will fast-track exceptional individuals to peak performance. You’ll work alongside industry experts to elevate some of retail’s most successful digital spaces and get experience across three of our major business areas:


Leverage data and analytics to optimise campaigns, generate leads and maximise conversions — drive measurable results and work towards achieving business goals. Gain experience in PPC, Paid Social and Affiliate Marketing.


Enhance our online presence, attract organic traffic, and gain a competitive edge in search engine rankings through search engine optimisation (SEO). Optimise websites and content to improve our organic search rankings and increase visibility for the business.


Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and drive business growth through customer relationship management (CRM). You’ll analyse customer data, segment audiences and develop targeted marketing strategies to make sure we deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and grow a profitable membership base. Learn how to use data and analytics to measure the success of membership events, experiences and rewards.

GCSEs in both English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above


The legal right to work in the UK


A relevant degree would be ideal but is not essential; applicants with passion and experience of a digital environment are also encouraged to apply

Stage One

Apply now

You’ll need to walk us through your education background, degree level and eligibility in a short application form. You’ll also need to attach your CV and covering letter — very helpful for learning more about you. We’ll then review it and be in touch ASAP to let you know if you have been selected for the next stage.

Stage Two

Online Testing

You’ll be asked to complete an online test designed to measure some key skills and attributes you’ll need to succeed in the role. We’ll give you further details and tips on what to expect and how best to prepare for this.

Stage Three

Video Screening

This is your chance to show us who you are and let us know what separates you from the pack. Our team will be in touch to arrange this live video interview with you to discuss your skills, experience and how our values resonate with you. It’s also good to come with questions for us.

Stage Four

Assessment Centre 2024

If you’re successful at the interview, you’ll be invited to our immersive assessment day in March 2024. We’ll provide more detail on what to expect and the precise date closer to the time. Bring your authentic self and show us the skills that make you unmissable.

Stage Five

Offer/Final Stage Feedback

After the assessment centre, we’ll let you know ASAP if we want you on our team. No matter the outcome, we’ll give you detailed feedback to let you know how you have performed.
