Working with some of the world’s most prestigious brands, you’ll directly influence our digital commercial performance, create solutions to challenging problems, and take real responsibility from day one at your base in our Academy House site on Oxford Street, London.

The Opportunity

This two year Digital programme will kick start your career in the digital sphere. You’ll work alongside, and get vital experience from, industry experts as you enhance our digital offering and make the ‘virtual’ a reality across three of our major business areas:

Optimisation

Spend time within our Conversion Rate Optimisation Team — look to address onsite problems and test different methods and outcomes to give the best possible solutions. Gain experience in our Onsite Search, Visual Merch & Personalisation Team, who look at key touch points that impact how customers shop.

Trading

Hone your research and data analysis skills as you make recommendations about how we can improve our customers’ browsing and purchase journeys. Be responsible for maximising sales across all of our fascias through new brand launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.

Management

Deliver key projects for technology transformation — with key focus on value delivery, you’ll be responsible for driving the digital product vision, roadmap and development across all digital channels.

WHAT YOU NEED

GCSEs in both English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above

The legal right to work in the UK

Ideally a degree in Buying and Merchandising, Fashion / Fashion Management / Fashion Design, Business Studies / Management or Accountancy and Finance

Assessment Centre

If you’re successful at the interview, you’ll be invited to our immersive assessment day on 24th May at our Shirebrook site. We’ll provide more detail on what to expect and the precise date closer to the time. Bring your authentic self and show us the skills that make you unmissable.

Offer/Final Stage Feedback

After the assessment centre, we’ll let you know ASAP if we want you on our team. No matter the outcome, we’ll give you detailed feedback to let you know how you have performed.
