Our Technology Elevation Programme has opportunities available in two teams which play an integral part in the success of our business. In our Ecommerce Development team, you will impact how our customers buy products online, and in our Warehouse Development team, you will play a critical role in how it gets delivered!

The Opportunity

Our Technology Elevation Programme has opportunities available in two teams which play an integral part in the success of our business. How our customers buy our product online (Ecommerce Development) and how we deliver it to them (Warehouse Development). In Ecommerce you will be working on all aspects of our state of the art, inhouse developed, ecommerce platform. Our platform runs over 50 websites - including some of the biggest names in Retail. In Warehouse you will be working as part of an Agile team, on the applications that drive operations within our warehouse, a warehouse which billions of pounds worth of product goes through every year. You will be integrating state-of-the-art automation equipment including sorters and automated storage systems.

WHAT YOU NEED

GCSEs in both Maths and English at grade 4 (C) or above

A Computer Science/technology focussed Degree or related qualification – Bootcamp/Training courses accepted

Stage One

You’ll need to walk us through your education background, degree level and eligibility in a short application form. You’ll also need to attach your CV and covering letter — very helpful for learning more about you. We’ll then review it and be in touch ASAP to let you know if you have been selected for the next stage.

Stage Two

ONLINE TESTING

You’ll be asked to complete an online test designed to measure some key skills and attributes you’ll need to succeed in the role. We’ll give you further details and tips on what to expect and how best to prepare for this.

Stage Three

VIDEO SCREENING

This is your chance to show us who you are and let us know what separates you from the pack. Our team will be in touch to arrange this live video interview with you to discuss your skills, experience and how our values resonate with you. It’s also good to come with questions for us.

Stage Four

ASSESSMENT CENTRE 2025

If you’re successful at the interview, you’ll be invited to our immersive assessment day in March 2025. We’ll provide more detail on what to expect and the precise date closer to the time. Bring your authentic self and show us the skills that make you unmissable.

Stage Five

OFFER/FINAL STAGE FEEDBACK

After the assessment centre, we’ll let you know ASAP if we want you on our team. No matter the outcome, we’ll give you detailed feedback to let you know how you have performed.
